The Galleon is the endgame ship for most players. It offers the most space for facilities like the Crystal Extractor, Spirit Tree, and Cannons.

Optimal Galleon Layout
With 4 Large Slots, you no longer have to choose between combat and utility. Here is the recommended setup:
Slot 1: Crystal Extractor
Place this near the bank chest for easy access. Passive income is a must.
Slot 2: Spirit Tree
Instant teleportation to the Grand Exchange or POH.
Slot 3 & 4: Heavy Cannons
Maximize your DPS for ship combat and boss encounters.

Is the Galleon slower than the Skiff?
Base speed is slightly lower, but with a Gale Catcher upgrade,
the Galleon is fast enough for all content.
Can I downgrade back to a Sloop?
Yes, you can own multiple ships and switch between them at the Portmaster.
