OSRS Mutated Bloodvelds are a superior variant found in the Catacombs of Kourend. They have high hitpoints, making them excellent for Slayer XP.
Stats & Weakness
They attack with magic-based melee, so protect against melee or safe-spot them. They are weak to Demonbane weapons.
Strategy
Use a Dwarf Multicannon (if not in Catacombs, but Mutated are only in Catacombs where cannons aren't allowed... wait, regular Bloodvelds are cannonable). For Mutated, bring high Prayer bonus and protect melee if not safe-spotting.

Can I use a cannon on Mutated Bloodvelds?
Yes, but only in the Slayer Tower basement (regular Bloodvelds). Mutated Bloodvelds are in the Catacombs of Kourend where cannons are not allowed.
