The Ranging Cape OSRS is worn by players who have achieved 99 Ranged. It is one of the most useful skillcapes.
Perks
It acts as an Ava's Accumulator, retrieving 72% of your ammunition. (Note: Vorkath's head can upgrade it to Assembler stats visually or via max cape, but the base perk is Accumulator).
Stats
It offers great defensive bonuses, comparable to an Obsidian Cape but with the ammo saving effect.

Do I still need Ava's device?
The cape acts as an Ava's Accumulator. You can combine Vorkath's head with it to give it the stats of an Assembler (retrieving 80% ammo).
How do I trim the cape?
Get a second Level 99 in any other skill. This adds a +4 Prayer bonus to the cape.
Where do I buy it?
You can buy it from the Armour Salesman in the Ranging Guild for 99,000 gp.
